If Working Interstate or Overseas
When you apply for registration or enrolment to work interstate or overseas, you may be required to furnish verification from the Board with which you hold current or previous registration or enrolment. This document will verify your registration status and state any conditions placed on your practice. It will also provide notification of involuntary removal from the register or roll. Verifications must be sent from one nurse regulatory authority to another to be valid, therefore you will not be able to take your verification with you. You will need to complete the Verification Request form and pay the prescribed fee.

Verification to other Boards - if file held locally
Or:
Verification to other Boards - if file requires retrieval (been inactive for 5 years or more)
