Education Program Completed Overseas
If you are currently registered or enrolled in South Australia and completed the education program for your additional qualification overseas, your application will be processed under the Nurses Act 1999. However your qualification must be assessed for equivalence of Australian standard before being eligible to register. For information on this process, please read Assessment for all other overseas qualified applicants. You may apply for registration once your qualification has been assessed as meeting the Australian standard. At that time you will be advised of registration requirements, including the return of your Certificate of Registration or Enrolment so it can be updated with your new qualification.
